Refund Process: We gladly offer refunds for most items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in resellable condition. Items must remain undamaged, unsoiled, unwashed, unaltered, and unworn. Additionally, all labels and tags must be attached. Furniture, if being returned, should be disassembled and sent back in its original packaging.

Exceptions: Several exceptions exist to our standard return policy:

  • Beauty items can only be returned if unopened, due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Undergarments are considered Final Sale for hygienic reasons.
  • Swimwear cannot be refunded if the hygienic seal is missing or broken.
  • Fabric face masks are non-returnable for safety and hygienic reasons.
  • Returns for restricted items are not accepted.
  • Gift cards are Final Sale.
  • Special collections and designer collaborations may have unique return policies.
  • Some items are marked as “Final Sale” and are not eligible for return, even with a receipt.

Exchange Policy: Online exchanges are not available. If you desire a different color or size, kindly return the unwanted items and place a new order on vivorya.com.

Free In-Store Return or Exchange: Enjoy the convenience of returning or exchanging items for free at any VIVORYA store within the US within 30 days of purchase. For exchanges after 30 days, only the current selling price will be considered.

Refund Process: Refunds will be issued through the original payment method, including the credit card used for the order. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Allow up to 14 days for the transaction to process.

Returns with USPS ($9.99, Always Free for VIVORYA Members): To return items via USPS, use the QR code at a USPS location or affix the provided prepaid label. The $9.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, waived for VIVORYA Loyalty Members.

Return Instructions:

  1. Visit our Returns Portal.
  2. Place the items in a suitable bag or box.
  3. Show the QR code at a USPS location or use the provided return label.
  4. Drop the package at any Post Office or USPS Mailbox.

Return Tracking: You’ll receive return tracking emails and a confirmation email when your return is processed. Allow up to two weeks for the credit to post to your account, and up to two billing cycles for it to reflect on your credit card statement.

Returns of Orders Using Free In-Store Pickup: Orders with Free In-Store Pickup can only be returned in stores; mail returns are not accepted.
