The status of my order indicates that it has been marked as delivered; however, I have not yet received the package. What steps should I take in this situation?


Vivorya holds no liability for packages deemed lost or stolen after being scanned and marked as delivered. Should your order not arrive within the second business day following the “Delivered” status, we recommend reaching out to the carrier.

It’s worth noting that carriers may occasionally mislabel a package as “Delivered” by mistake. Such instances are typically rectified by the end of the day and, in most cases, within a span of two days.


When can I expect my order to be dispatched?

For items in stock, the Standard Delivery option ensures shipment within 1-3 business days, with delivery falling within the specified timeframe from the order placement date.

We are presently in the process of shipping orders for available items placed on or after November 27th.

If your order predates this date, it’s possible that your items are on backorder. The entire order amount will be retained, with charges applied as each item is shipped.

Expect an email containing the carrier name and tracking number once your order is dispatched. Orders within the U.S. will be delivered through the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, Newgistics, Lasership, OnTrac, or FedEx, with the carrier determined at the time of shipping. International orders will have varying carriers based on the country or location.

Typically, orders initiate processing immediately, making changes or cancellations difficult. Fulfillment of your order may involve multiple shipments to ensure timely completion.
